To that end we appreciate and encourage the public's help in solving crimes. You can provide any information you have regarding any criminal or suspicious activity anonymously by completing the form.

You can drop off the form at police headquarters or mail it in.

You are not required to give your name or any information that may identify you if you do not wish to do so.

Please do not use this form to report a crime/s.

If you need to report a crime in progress please contact the police department immediately at 973.827.3160, or if it is an emergency please dial 911.
